Reservations: Will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of rent by cashiers check payable to Palazzo Antellesi or bank transfer. Balance of rent to be paid 6 weeks prior arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation payment will be refunded if a replacement is found for the entire period of the booking.
Accommodations: The apartment accommodates the number of persons listed in the description. Additional bedding, where possible, is available at a charge of $85/€65 per week per person.
Arrivals: Please advise in advance your approximate time of arrival.
Please note: Confirmed reservations are guaranteed except for cases of compelling emergency due, for example, to urgent and unexpected repairs. In such unlikely circumstances, if no alternative accommodation can be agreed upon, all advances and deposits will be returned.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500/€400 for 1 week rentals, $800/€600 for over 1 week rentals, against utilities, will be collected upon arrival in cash or travelers checks. This amount, less expenses, will be returned upon departure.

FINAL CLEANING: Depending on the size of the apartment, $75/€60 for Apt. Annigoni; $100/€80 for Apt. Miravista, Casa Toscana, David, Mimi, Belvedere, Paradiso, Giaggiolo, Tosca and Benozzo; $125/€100 for Apt. Giotto, Medici and Donatello.

Maid Service: Is available upon request at € 12 per hour including cleaning products.
